May they grow Strong and True
And in their growth may we use them with Healing Energies that the Elements bestow upon us

we grow with change
we live in a constant state of change
we must remember that we are simply animals here on Mother Earth
just as all living animals must grow and adapt
we too grow and change if not we wither
living in the now and looking for the future we grow

As I Open My Eyes to the wonders of Life.
The Warmth of the Sun
The New Life as it rebirths in the Earth
The wind as she tickles our nose
May we all see that Mother Earth is here for us
Father Sun is Here for us
The elements Guide us and Keep us

Grounding us

Moon, sister-self and triple aspect of the Triple One,
Maiden, God creator, wise and ancient Crone.
Thou who art Earth, and Moon, and Sea,
Mother of All, thou made me.
From your dark bones, from green and flesh,
From crystal waters and the quiet wind's breath,
These came from you, and now are me,
Eternal spirit clothed in frailty

Air Stirs the Trees
Thanks to thee Green Man of Strength and Courage
We harken to the chill and stiffen thy Will
Thanks to thee Blessed Elements Earths Lifeblood and Pulse
May our Ostera be True and as rich as rue
Look now not the cold but to the Life
We hold Strong so there will be no Strife
Appease the Elements
Honor the Goddess and Green Man

O Grant us Lady and Lord a steady hand and a watchful eye.
I pray that no act of mine, may take or mar the gifts you give.
Shelter dear Elements, those who bear me company.
Teach us to use our craft to heal and help.
Nor miss due to undue speed, the Beauty of this World
With joy and courtesy we go on our path.
Protect us and lead us always to Safety,
